- We will email you an invoice with product itemization, pricing, and shipping for your approval.
- Get your RTA cabinets delivered to your front door and enjoy the savings. All you have to do is assemble and install.

CABINET FEATURES

- The “all wood” cabinets support granite, concrete or other countertop material. No additional cabinet reinforcement is required.
- A soft close door/drawer feature is standard on all cabinet styles except for the Espresso line.
- Dovetail joints features, four-sided drawer boxes from 5/8th thick hardwood and a fully captured 3/8th thick plywood bottom. Drawer weight capacity: 120 lbs.
- Exposed cabinet ends come finished, RTA. No need to buy extra finished paneling. Interior is finished the same as the exterior of the cabinet.
- All cabinets are 100% in compliance with CARB Phase 1 & CARB Phase 2 defined guidelines of composite wood products.

DELIVERY/REFUNDS

- Most orders are shipped on a pallet via LTL (Less Than Truck Load) carrier. Smaller items may ship by other providers.
- Flat pack orders may take up to 9 business days. Backorders are exempt from normal lead times.
- Return/Refund: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Free return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.). Refunds may take up to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- Notate any damage with the freight company on the delivery receipt, when accepting the delivery, and take photos of the damaged items. Most importantly, do not refuse the shipment. Submit your information to us for review and replace damaged pieces in a timely manner.
